Technolab International was incorporated in 1997 and our international headquarters are located in Miami, Florida. Since our inception we have focused our business on Oracle Hyperion technologies and have grown and expanded by responding to the needs of our clients and the marketplace. A significant Technolab innovation in the Hyperion marketplace was the introduction of our 24x7 Support Lab and Managed Support Services. The business decision to invest in the infrastructure and resources to deliver this service was made in response to a need for our client organizations to do more with less. For these companies, it made sense to outsource support services to a provider that was focused exclusively on Hyperion products and applications.

As a privately owned firm, Technolab has a management team with a rich background in Hyperion and Performance Management technologies, and the creativity and agility to innovate. Identifying another market need, Technolab has introduced Oracle Hyperion SaaS (Software as a Service). The Technolab SaaS model offers numerous benefits vis-a-vis traditional licensed software by accelerating Time-to-Market and providing a consistent monthly cost. With a zero infrastructure requirement and license costs amortized over a minimum two year term, organizations can achieve a lower total cost of ownership and reduce overall risk. Within our tier one data centers, Technolab also offers fully managed application hosting as an alternative to in-house deployments.

Technolab has achieved Certified Oracle Platinum Partner status and we have developed close relationships with Oracle in every country we serve. Many of our executives have worked directly for Hyperion and Oracle and have an unparalleled level of depth in the EPM/BI domain. We are a frequent sponsor of Oracle events worldwide and our management/staff are regular presenters at these events.

Our mantra is our unwavering commitment to total customer satisfaction. We track key metrics such as customer satisfaction, project reference ability, and on time / on budget delivery. In our support lab, the most important metric is problem resolution response time. After each project has been completed, we organize a full debrief with our clients in order to determine how well we met our client’s expectations and understand how we can better serve our customers.
Technolab’s standard processes and tools provide the “leading practice” of our fifteen years of EPM implementation experience. Our engagements follow the STAR methodology. Structured Techniques for Assured Results, STAR®, is Technolab’s highly effective implementation process.
